FYT series medium-capacity, three-phase, squirrel-cage induction motors, in which energy saving technology is used to the fullest. The starting characteristics and allowable moment of inertia have been improved through electromagnetic analysis of magnetic flux density distribution and current density distribution at start-up. With the use of a grease-replacing bearing, maintenance is simplified and the motors have a long service life.

Generators using a cup-shaped coreless coil, aimed at reductions in cut-in torque, are under development.
